  DBP is a clear liquid with high stability and it could be dissolved in most organic solvents. DBP as a plasticizer has good compatibility with PVC and extremely high plasticizing efficiency. By just adding small amounts of DBP, plastic products can easily achieve the desired hardness. Moreover, DBP is a kind of plasticizing accelerator that can reduce the melting temperature of plastics in PVC processing.

  Introduction

   

  DOP has good compatibility with PVC and high plasticizing efficiency. It is the most widely used general-purpose plasticizer and has the average performance of various plasticizers. The maximum dosage is 150 phr.

  DINP has good compatibility with PVC and high plasticizing efficiency. DINP has better performance than DOP in electrical insulation, durability, heat-resistance and low volatility. In addition, customers can produce higher volume products (like PVC film and sheet) with DINP formula.

• DPHP

  Chemical name Di(2-propyl heptyl) Phthalate

   

  Introduction

   

  DPHP has good compatibility with PVC, and its heat-resistance, cold-resistance, durability, migration-resistance, electrical property and volatility loss are better than DOP. DPHP has low-volatility properties and generates less fumes during processing, so it improves the durability of the product. Moreover, it is widely used in the cover and insulation of electric wires, and can also replace DIDP used for UL 70~90°C electric wire.
