Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee meeting shall be held at least twice a year. The responsibilities of the Committee are as follows. Any motions agreed upon in the meeting shall be submitted to Board of Directors for resolution.

Regularly review the committee charter, and make suggestions for amendment, if needed.
Develop and review performance evaluation scheme and compensation policies for directors and managerial officers.
Review the specific performance metrics and evaluate the performance results linking with the business goals and objectives to determine the compensation rewards of directors and managerial officers.
